If you know me, you know I LOVE coordinating events! Whether it’s a weekend trip with friends or a bachelorette party I’m a part of, I’m always going to ensure every event is a success. 🌟

Personal Event Experience

I had the honor of coordinating my sister’s bachelorette party in Austin, TX back in 2021! From organizing the catering services, finding a boat for Lake Travis, scheduling weekend transportation, making all required reservations, and decorating the Airbnb, I gave it my all to give her the best final fiesta. 🎉

Along with the bachelorette party, I helped organize my sister’s bridal shower in Dallas! Apart from the logistics, I owned the mimosa bar station and made the bubbly bar sign myself. :)

After successfully organizing my sister’s bachelorette party, I had the opportunity to plan my best friend’s in Dallas, TX in 2022! I coordinated everything, from the activities, reservations, decorations, etc. 🤩

During my junior year of college, I had the opportunity to intern at a local event planning company, Pearl Events Austin! Throughout my time here, I assisted the planners at a variety of events ranging from weddings to corporate holiday parties, helping ensure smooth operations and happy attendees.

Event Internship Experience

While working at MUZE ATX (now Lark Austin), I helped my leasing manager coordinate and market the leasing and resident events throughout the year, learning from her extensive experience in the industry. 🏢

Residential Event Experience

I created the move-in events calendar that was distributed to our 300+ residents!

I was involved in marketing efforts for our leasing events throughout the year to drive attendance and generate leads, including face-to-face marketing and social media marketing (like the Instagram post here).

My first internship experience was with a non-profit during my sophomore year of college called B*Tru Arts. I was given a $25 budget for each summer event we attended, requiring me to be extremely resourceful and creative with our booth display, associated activities, and marketing materials.

Non-Profit Events

For one of our events, I created an immersive photo booth for attendees to partake in! After receiving parental approval, kids could smile in front of the camera and travel to their desired location, whether it was a pirate ship on an island, a castle in the mountains, or the Eiffel Tower in France. This was possible by editing the image background through an app to reflect their wishful location!

To receive the photos, parents submitted their contact information through an online forum that I created. While doing this, they were asked if they would like to sign up for our newsletter or learn more about our program, as well. :)
